Can wear for office, water park, mall, anywhere really. Love bloomchic.

The dress fits great and looks great. Fits in all the right places. BUT, there’s a MASSIVE run in the right lower front that I didn’t notice until I put the thing on the day of my event. It has been hanging up in my closet since I bought it, so this isn’t a me problem. Thankfully you can’t really tell since it’s a black dress and lower on the skirt. But I was expecting better quality and quality control based on the reviews. Really disappointed.
