Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $69 USD (after any discounts).
 For orders below $69, shipping fees will apply based on your destination.

QuickShip  3-7 days (U.S. Only) 

Need your items faster?
Look for products marked QuickShip — these items ship directly from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 days.

How QuickShip Works:
- If your order contains only QuickShip items: Your items will be shipped automatically with QuickShip delivery at no extra cost.
- If your order includes both QuickShip and non-QuickShip items: You have the option to split your order. Simply pay a small $3.99 fee, and we'll ship the QuickShip items right away, while the rest of your order will ship once everything is in stock. You’ll see this option at checkout.

Important Reminder:
If you choose not to select the split shipment option at checkout, your order will ship together once all items are available at the warehouse. However, if you change your mind later, you can log in to your account and select the split shipment option at any time before your order ships.

Delivery Times & Rates

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your country or region. Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times and standard rates.
Note: Shipping fees shown do not include applicable taxes. For U.S. orders, sales and shipping taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and remitted to the relevant authorities. Shipping rates are subject to change based on real-time pricing at the time of checkout.

* US Outlying Territories Service area include：Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands.

* Shipping Time does not include a processing period of 1-3 days, which is required to process your order from the date that it is placed.

Order Processing

- All orders (excluding those containing pre-order items) are typically processed within 1–3 days after payment confirmation.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, such as holidays, promotional events, or new launches.
-Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

To ensure transparency, here’s what you need to know about potential customs fees when ordering from BloomChic:

For U.S. Customers:

- All applicable sales and shipping taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
- No additional duties or fees will be charged upon delivery.
- The total shown at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay.

For Non-U.S. Customers:

- Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are not included in your order total.
- You are responsible for paying any required import duties or taxes upon delivery, as determined by your country’s customs regulations.
- Customs policies vary by country, and we are unable to guarantee or predict these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
- Many countries offer duty-free thresholds for low-value shipments. However, clothing is often subject to import tax, so please verify before placing your order.
