We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we've made the return process easier now to allow for a hassle-free online shopping experience!

HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN? 

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s).
Please note that returns must be initiated and the return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s). Returns made after this 30-day period will not be accepted, and there is a possibility that refunds may not be processed for returns dropped off or shipped back after the 30-days period.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

STEP 1: Identify items and create a mailing label by using our

BloomChic Returns to create and print a prepaid return label. Click here to start your return process.

STEP 2: Prepare your package
A. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip (generated via the interactive returns process).
B. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing, and put the packing slip IN the box.

STEP 3: Ship it
When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post location.

What happens next?
We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed. 

WILL I BE CHARGED A RETURN SHIPPING FEE?

Return Shipping is FREE on your FIRST RETURN package for any order! (We will provide one prepaid return shipping label for each order).

Please use the shipping label we provide to make your return, as all other methods will not be refunded. Simply postmark the package and send it within 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s).


Important Note:
If you have already returned item(s) from an order but would like to make additional returns of item(s) in the same order, you can use the Return Label we provided, and the shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund.

WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED?

Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned, including bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats).

CAN SWIMWEAR BE RETURNED? WHAT IS YOUR SWIM ITEMS RETURN POLICY?

Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety. Due to sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached. Please try on your BloomChic swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.
Important Note:
  1. Please do not send your item(s) to the sender's address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will delay the processing of your return & refund.
  2. Please make sure you have not included non-BloomChic item(s) by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

REFUNDS
We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed.

  1. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
