Q1: Can I earn points without logging into my account?
A1: No. To earn points for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account before checking out.

Q2: Will I be informed of any changes to my total points, or my VIP tier?
A2: We don't send notifications for changes in point totals, but you will get an email notification when you've unlocked a new VIP tier. You may check the status of your account at any time by logging into the system.

Q3: What will happen to my points balance if I receive a refund?
A3: Your points balance will be automatically adjusted to reflect the final fulfilled purchase amount.

Q4: Can points be directly applied and redeemed at checkout?
A4: No, points must be applied into a discount code before being used at checkout.
